Natalia Shvets

Natalia Schvets is professor at Yuriy Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University and director of the Institute of Banking Technologies and Business of the Banking University (UBS) in Kyiv. She is responsible for courses in banking, banking supervision, credit management, bank marketing, and problems in the development of the banking system of Ukraine. She graduated in 1996 from the faculty of economics of Chernivtsi National University, specializing in finance and credit, and has been since then a teacher in that field. She also earned a PhD in accounting, analysis and audit, with a thesis on commercial bank resources for entrepreneurship, and a higher doctorate in money, finance and credit, with a thesis on banking supervision and the banking system. Her areas of research interest are banking, financial markets, financial security, and support.
